OPERATING AS USUAL
Darkside Of The Q arose from my passion for smoking the meats. I used my Symantec Co-Workers as test subjects(they didn't seem to mind) for the rubs I was developing. After a while I was told that I should start my own BBQ restaurant. I had a booth at the Lane County Farmers Market. I happened on a small food trailer for sale and that's where we are today. A co-Worker suggested the name as I am a we bit of a Pink Floyd fan.
